It’s amazing that people spend more on transportation than on food.
I remember seeing a similar graphic in a university class that compared a breakdown of today’s expenditures with that of the average person a hundred years ago. Back then people also spend about 33% of their money on housing, and also another 33% on food.
Of course there are so many things available today that didn’t exist a hundred years ago, but we all know about the correlation between cheap food and health. ..
