This has been making the rounds lately. I find it as interesting to look at the minimalist design inherent in modern logos as the ownership concentrations.

Nestea belongs to Nestlé, not Coca Cola

Its actually a joint venture. Coca Cola does the production and distribution, IIRC. I used to work at a Coke-sponsored facility and we literally got all the coke products we could drink, including Nestea, of which I was a big fan.

No longer with Coke. The licensing deal recently ended and it’s back with Nestle now.

Why does A&W show up both under Kraft and PepsiCo?

A&W under Kraft is the drink while A&W under PepsiCo is the restaurant chain.
