This is retarded. We can cut the defense budget in half and still be dominant. So much of it is bureaucratic inefficiency anyway.
Here’s a proposal: Amend the constitution so that our military spending can never be more than half of the total amount spent by all developed countries. Or how about finishing a war before starting another one!
