Disneyland is missing, otherwise it’s pretty accurate! (not sure what “sigalert” means…must be bad air days or something…i’m in “hella”, so I wouldn’t know…lol!)

SoCal term..
sigalert is a traffic problem that will last more than 30 min”s. The term comes from “Sig” Sigmon (who was at one of the radio stations in the LA area). He came up witha scheme for sending the traffic alerts to radio stations from the LAPD automatically.
