I’d love to see a third map with the restaurant/bar ratio.

My Florida panhandle county is up there in the upper tier for bars, but this is a Baptist bastion. I suspect that “restaurant” and “bar” are conflated, in our case. What distinguishes establishments that serve mainly beer and booze from those that serve food? The distinction is variable, but it’s still important.
