According to wolfram France has a government expenditure of ~45% GDP. Shouldn’t it be dark green instead of light green?

Why did they place the labels in such a way that they completely block out some countries. The France label for example sits nicely on top of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Also they could have included the percentages of the top-20 countries.
