The Economist just released a nice new tool for looking at several housing indicators across major countries. They plan to expand and update it as more information becomes available.

I don’t understand how France can look like it has such a price bubble about to pop, when they did none of this crazy creative mortgages business.

I wonder what tool has been used to create this. Anyone an idea? Is it Flex or just pure Flash itself (doubt it!) Looks quite nice!
